The back cover came off! [Withings ScanWatch Hybrid Smartwatch - 329015]

I've been enjoying this scanwatch since i bought it, however yesterday, the back cover came off loose. i've never attempted to open it before and the watch was never dropped to the floor. I've tried multiple times to close it shut but the back cover has remained loose. 

   Please I could I fix this? Is withings able to help?
